TopTier Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
• Standard cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning
• Office cleaning

2. Service Availability
Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to weather, operational issues, unsafe environments, or staff shortages.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure safe access to the property, running utilities, secure pets, and remove hazards prior to service. Valuables should be stored securely. Unsafe conditions may result in cancellation and fees.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies based on service type, size of the home, and conditions. Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, clutter, or special requests. Payment is due at the time of service.
